This so-called “strategy” is disgusting on every level imaginable. This incompetence cannot be overstated.

Canada is the world’s second largest country with a bounty of potash, natural resources, farmlands (being converted to flimsy, ugly, tiny, and overpriced high-rises) and a tiny population.

The one thing this country should have is food security.

The absolute minimum Canada should have without government meddling is food security.

This government failed its people.

Their propagandistic and grammar-challenged jingo “More Choice. More Control. More Canada” is a pile of hooey. Notice there is no verb in any of those sentences.

Why?

Because this government is incapable of doing anything. Verbs are about movement. The phrase is a de facto admission of incompetence and short-sightedness.

Of course, there will be less choice, less control, and no Canada left. When the government has to cover up all their other screw ups by stooping to a food strategy, you know what time it is.
