Understanding Donald Trump’s Epic Meltdown

,

During an exchange at the White House, Donald Trump went nuclear over The Independent’s Andrew Feinberg’s perfectly legitimate question.

This was Feinberg’s question:

Why would a whistleblower use a program where they get a 1% commission capped at $30,000, when under the False Claims Act they can get 10 to 25%?

And this was Donald Trump’s temper tantrum:

“I don’t know who the hell you are, but you better be careful,” he told one of the journalists.

What’s wrong with you?” Trump asked. “Are you a sick person?”

This not how a normal person reactions to a question.

This is a misdirection and a distraction. Trump thinks he can bully and shame journalists into silence.

Offence is the worst defence: do it too many times and then people figure out that you are a coward.

But Trump was hoping none of the journalists compared programs, read the fine print, and did the math.

Fineberg did, and Trump did not want that message to enter the information stream.

So the white trash threats and putdowns from the White House.

JD Vance, Trump’s sock puppet, tried to make Feinberg sound dishonest, but Feinberg was correct.

Chaos only works if people can’t see the patterns, but once you can see them, chaos works against you.

14 days until mid-terms.

And the more Trump flaps his gums, the bigger the Democratic wave.
