You know President What’s His Face is desperate.

This is the same man who tried to grab free hype with his “US Space Force” in 2019…and lost the election because he is not some sort of STEM-based brain where there is an actual plan and vision. He panders, and it is painfully obvious.

And if you haven’t figured it out, back in 2019, Tech Bros were all in with space travel ventures, Blue Origin and SpaceX. This was using taxpayer dollars for corporate marketing.

Trump is all about bombastic announcements and then crickets. If you want to keep people competitive in the future, give AI literacy courses without the press release. Don’t let companies lobby to try to gain control for their personal benefit, but give tax credits to legitimate AI-companies and help other companies integrate the technology.

US-based AI companies would be better off sitting this one out, and do what companies have been doing for decades: donate equally to both parties, stay out of politics, and don’t rely on Daddy Government to save you.

It’s really that simple.
