Donald “Lame Duck” Trump’s Sad and Telling Interview with Time Magazine

,

This was pathetic, yet telling.

Trump wants to appear all-powerful, but when things don’t go his way, he blames other people.

That’s a sign of weakness.

He blames the press, but has the nerve to spew hooey right here:

I never get good press. I never get fair press.

Trump got great press for decades. The New York Times’ first profile on him likened him to Robert Redford. He played the press for decades, and then threw them under the bus. He couldn’t run as president as a Democrat; so he switched parties, used Fox News’ cultivated audience, and then suddenly, the press was “fake news.”

And now, he’s turned on Fox, trying to scrape their audience away from them.

Trump lives in a bubble, surrounding himself with incompetent sycophants who prop up his ego to keep their paper crowns; meanwhile his ridiculously destructive policies are destroying the middle-class economy as he allows the billionaire-hoarding economy to run amok. The pendulum is destined to swing the other way, and if it does, thank Trump for it.

He wants the paper crown and the adoration, but not the actual thinking or responsibility. If there was ever an argument that a billionaire (real or projected) should never be voted into office, he’s the argument.
