If they think a &#8220;more experienced&#8221; executive will turn their sinking ship into a spaceship, they are sadly mistaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">They bought a dinosaur. The problem isn&#8217;t that they just can&#8217;t brainwash the masses into being Trump cultists to make themselves some money, it&#8217;s that they bought a relic and think they can bring a new generation to flock to the 8-track cassette machine they purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Weiss was a ridiculous choice and showed the Ellison just dutifully followed orders trying to score a quick buck, and not that they had a plan. Warner Bros. is cooked under them. IP can&#8217;t save you if you&#8217;re a himbo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The crowd for the kind of human slop they&#8217;re after have their brand: Fox News. They are in their 60s and have &#8220;brand&#8221; loyalty. They flocked to FOX not because it was attached to an established property, but because it was a <em>new<\/em> one made &#8220;just for them&#8221; and their brain cell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Fox News is to the right as what the New York Times is to the left: the mainstream luxury brand title that&#8217;s acceptable and has enough people flocking to it so you all have the same sanctioned talking points to discuss at social gatherings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">And there is only room for one these days.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is hilarious.
