Hey kids, my book came first.

Nice nod to my cover, n’est pas? Looks like a riff on a Zero Books read.

Yay, originality!

Not first time there was a funny echo coming from the Right.

times_square2.jpg

But the lack of originality of many things these days comes from Western society encourage rote memorization.

Stick to the rules and you will not be whatever-shamed on the Twitter.

The worst thing is there are way too many people who don’t even know why something is getting shamed, they just join along with the shaming, never thinking that perhaps a rival or PR firm has been hired to get that ball rolling.

It does remind me of the old pot roast myth — daughter cuts the ends because mom did because her mom did, only to find out grandma did that because the pot was too small. Just follow what you see and don’t ask any questions.

And in all that lockstepping, we forget about the origins of things.

E.O. Wilson talks about Consilience, the unification of knowledge.

Yet this idea is something right out of the Renaissance when mathematicians and scientists were also artists.

Art Nouveau also it its share of architects who were also artists.

The separation of science and humanities is a fairly recent thing.

And it has a lot to do with people on both sides using the hack of avoiding the other in order to hide the fact that they are merely sticking to what appears easier. It is an intellectual hack.

The problem is that when you do not go beyond the comfort zone, you miss a lot of things. You have serious deficits in your thinking. Math develops logic. Writing develops empathy. You need both those qualities; otherwise you are either emotionally illiterate or rely strictly on sophistry, respectively.

And you can see it very clearly in modern thinking. You need a balance in order to get the right answers, and come up with solutions that work and innovations that progress society evenly.

Otherwise, you regress, and you cannot use tricks to hide the fact that your thinking lacks empathy or logic…

Some serious Grit spinning these days...

Here is a knee-slapper article.

How does puny li’l Canada stop it?

It cannot. It can only capitulate to some odious demands.

Some silver fox with a brain has gotten involved in this pre-school and explained to the children that it is too close to the election to be boneheads. Give in and grovel in private, and then put a sunny spin to the little people the way the Grits have been doing for decades.

But the n00bs didn’t know that you only make pretend to be tough at home, and made a mess of things trying to thump their chests.

This is one big clean-up detail, as in, the sewer backed up in your basement and you are up to your knees in waste just as your air conditioning died and it is a scorcher outside. They are breaking out the Ozium and the ozone generator for this party, kids.

Will it work? No, more stuff is coming out from the sewer, and there comes a point when all the backdoor grovelling and concessions become obvious and people get a whiff of something foul.

The neglect of this feral regime went on for too long. Everything is disjointed and you cannot unring a bell. You need more than crisis PR at this point —and it is not coming any time soon…

A stupid stratagey, if true.

The Hill Times has an oblivious article about how the federal Liberals in Canada are dealing with the bricks in their plants.

They have a story to tell the people? Give me a break. Every blowhard bores the world with a “story.”

The Grits are patriarchal. They rode on the coattails of a dead Pierre Trudeau by proxy. His selfish and egotistical son is no Pierre and he hogged the limelight with his boring selfies. He has too many no-name rookies who never gained narrative traction, and the three who did: Freeland, Moreau, and McKenna, did not do a good job. Wilson-Raybould and Philpott did and they were kicked to the curb.

Oh gee, what kind of dumbass story do you have there?

The Grits do not get that it is too late. They have disposable rookies who are expendable and have no story to tell. They have the Jive Turkey, no one else, and turned out to be a mean and incompetent downer in this narrative. Freeland comes off as his long-suffering minion. No pop, no story worth telling. Heaven help us all.

The story is what people take drugs to escape from. A dysfunction house of cards. The more the Grits try to spin this as victories, the more people will see it is the kind of bullshit they puke on their Facebook pages so other middle class people do not feel superior and pity them.

Trudeau was perceived as being charmed and lucky. His nepotism brought in a truckload of assumptions and he turned out to be even more bumbling than the average Joe. If he is that bad, then people do not want to give him a free pass because they are not going to give another chance to someone who is just like them.

While it is too soon to call an election, I seriously doubt we will see the Grits win this one. They are just too gross. They need a serious overhaul and if they keep insist on having “stories”, they need someone who can follow a script in public and not go parading in culturally offensive garb out in the global stage as he abuses his cabinet ministers when they try to do the legal and right thing…

This is a stupid thing to say:

Are we supposed to be gullible enough to assume that places that bought our steel just sat on their hands — or went to alternative sources, and won’t come back?

Life isn’t static or in a bubble. It moves. One setback brings with it a bunch of other troubles and the old scripts don’t work.

The federal liberals are in deep shit, and they cannot bank on the US’s abortion bullshit to frighten people into voting for them because there will be more dirt to contend with by the time the official election starts. Nor will CBC’s propaganda spin trick people into voting for them again. Nor can they bribe a dead profession.

The problem is more than just the Jive Turkey prime minister, but he is a prima donna who isn’t pleased when he cannot control his image. This means his motives will aways be to manipulate the optics and let everything else slide, and the Grits are stuck in a bygone era where they were the Government Party and could lead people by the nose because they had no other options.

Those days are gone. Abortion is not going to save the Grits. The lifting of tariffs is not going to save them, either.

They are charlatans at heart: they are not original or innovative. They coast on a status quo and have no idea about anything. Legalized weed did not catapult them. Neither will fear about abortion rights.

After all, the Grits had a whole term to codify those rights, and they never bothered; so it’s not as if women’s rights were ever a genuine priority for them.

Because it was never about feminism to Canada’s little Caesar: it was always about his image, and what pleases him. Politicians are never about the people. They are about themselves, but usually, they have the intelligence to know how to effectively pretend they do care. Jive Turkey isn’t that bright or capable.

You can see a major Liberal clean-up detail going on — and one so obvious that it is too dutifully following a script. This is a middle class middle manager job of it. That’s not a good sign. It means the real talent have walked away, and the C-listers are left. That bodes poorly for the country no matter what.

Canada had to give a lot of concessions in order to get the tariffs lifted for optics’ sake. You can use the agreement as toilet paper. This is a country in the hands of rank losers hoping a stoned populace will be too oblivious to know they are being played and will vote for them again.

The Left has been splintered, however, and there are more ghosts than SNC-Lavalin and the Mark Norman Debacle. Timing is everything and these exposed problems are a mere preface: not all of the dots have been placed to connect. An October surprise is in the cards.

The clean-up detail is too big and complex for the Grits to handle. They are used to coasting, not working. This election will be interesting in that the Grits will waste their resources running on a hamster wheel blindfolded. It will be a circus and a comedy filled with clowns, but when you get things because of your name, you miss the nuances of power, and using political fuckery as a strategy. In any case, little Caesar will not be pleased…

Canada is second in the world for cocaine use? You don't say!

Oh, it explains a lot.

Screen Shot 2019-05-18 at 9.47.20 PM.png

Doing drugs is a form of escape when you don’t have the mettle to admit there is a problem and then confront it with a workable plan.

Canada also has a serious problem with alcohol.

This is the way you run away from problems.

For all the talk about the Canadian economy, people are maxed out and very close to economic ruin.

This is why we have shitty governments. When you are bladdered or stoned, you retreat into your delusions and think this is a way to deal with things. It is also the reason the federal regime banked on legalizing weed, and that has been a secret disaster: people are sticking to the drug dealer they highly trust and don’t just smoke joints — they do other drugs, and why go pay more for the legalized stuff when you have cheaper drugs and more of them from your regular pusher…

Polls got an election wrong again? You don't say!

This time, in Australia.

People will not cop to their politically incorrect beliefs. They will tell you how much they love paying taxes and worry about the environment, but then they vote for the guys who promise jobs and do not seem like they will be doling out the dough for various groups. You can take that to the bank, but the press seems perpetually surprised by it every time…

Western Europe's child molestation problem: People are giving money to restore a burned church in France. Are you kidding me?

We know that the Vatican has allowed priests to molest children with no consequences for a long, long time.

When Notre Dame burned, instead of walking away, countries are giving taxpayers’ money to rebuilding it, and that is taking away money from victims who were molested by the clergy.

But Western Europe never likes to look inward to their own rot.

Children are getting abused at very alarming rates.

And nothing is being done about it. As usual.

It is not as if other countries can have any virtuous airs. We have American judges who think child molesters make good Christians.

I have zero tolerance for people who prey upon children. If you do not have the drive to protect the vulnerable, there is something seriously wrong with you…

Hamilton City Hall's whining about "efficiencies." Please someone introduce them to reality.

This pissing contest between the brats at Hamilton City Hall and the Ford regime is one for the books. The only representative the city has in the government is Donna Skelly, someone the mayor has publicly dissed and treated patronizingly before she became an MPP.

Skelly is telling the city that they can trim their fat. She is absolutely correct. You see the nepotistic hires twirling their eyes in the bullshit jobs. Skelly had a short stint as a councillor in City Hall — and she would know.

Hamilton always shoots itself in the foot: they stick by the NDP no matter how they aren’t getting anywhere by it. When the city was a Liberal stronghold, its fortunes were far better. This last election showed that doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome truly was bonkers.

And now the expectant temper tantrums. The city lost Basic Income by voting NDP, and then having to bend to Conservative overlords. The city owes Kathleen Wynne an apology.

They also owe one to Skelly. She is the lone voice — and they keep spitting in her face. The mayor should do whatever it takes to make nice with her because things are about to get a lot worse for the city. The US tariffs may be lifted, but companies have had a chance to go elsewhere for their steel, and the delay was long enough to show that there are plenty of alternatives. There is nothing to cheer about here.

But while Hamilton whines how they have no fat to cut, they find all sorts of money to waste.

Screen Shot 2019-05-18 at 2.25.16 PM.png

Those utility boxes do not need to be beautified. There is a perfect example of waste, just as the city spend money in a stupid no-starter bod to woo Amazon to the city, as if.

A forensic accountant looking over the city’s books would be a great way to test the city’s theory. It is long overdue, but with its uppity attitude when it has no cards to play, shows just how clueless the overlords in town really are…

New York Times spews garbage and is not the feminist paper of record: How journalism failed women and still do in 2019.

The New York Times is pure garbage, and this bullshit article can be classified under Too Little, Too Late, Assholes.

Why do we have psychopaths get elected? We absolutely know these hypocrites lie to the public, have affairs, take bribes, and do all of the things that they proclaim they find morally reprehensible.

I know this because I worked as a journalist and hung around the halls of various public offices and saw the floozies get passed around various politicians who then gave them patronage appointments — and journalists saw this up close every day and said nothing.

Journalists also play those games as the Times’s own Ali Watkins did…and faced no consequences for it.

So to all of you women who are upset about the oppressive and illegal anti-abortion laws, here is the memo:

Journalists could have exposed these con artists before they ever got elected. They could have told you about their mistresses, lies, hypocrisy, and every other immoral, illegal, and shady thing they do out in the open. They could snap pictures of their drug use, casting couch antics, and everything else, but they keep quiet.

In other words, it is the sin of omission.

So let us not pretend the press is a friend to women. It never was, and it never will be.

They could also expose the lies and cons of far Right activists by exposing their affairs and how they snag their man by getting knocked up before marriage. They could expose these charlatans with ease.

So if you want to know how to break the iron grip of a lunatic fringe, start by demanding that newspapers such as the Times reveal all the dirty little secrets they are keeping from the public.

It will sicken you. It will shock and appal you — but by now, it should never surprise you…

Why feminism keeps getting it wrong: Stop putting all your eggs in one political basket.

Republican State Sen. Kim LaSata is channelling Dr. Josef Mengele. The worthless motherfucker had this to say about abortion:

“Of course it should be hard!” the senator from St. Joseph exclaimed. “And the procedure should be painful! And you should allow God to take over!! And you should deliver that baby!”

That’s not godly, you worthless cocksucker. That is devil-worshipping. That is how psychopaths think. They always find a way to blame victims for torturing them. Why is this bimbo bitch allowed to be in power in the first place? If this shit is such a good Christian, then please, LaSata, tell me where in the bible does it say to do this to women? You’re the kind Jesus stood up to, not for. Fuck you. You are weak and trying to prey upon the strong.

I am certain Hell is making a special padded room just for her when it is her time for eternal damnation, but for the rest of us moral and sane women who cherish our freedoms from torture-lovers and other scum, why aren’t women free in 2019?

Where did feminism go wrong?

For starters, it’s allowing this kind of propaganda to corrupt our thinking.

5c005baba182300f0b2c4ed2-750-563.jpg

What the fuck are you trying to prove? That you are helpless and weak? Don’t listen to Margaret Atwood. She’s an oblivious tool.

So, uh, no.

Wrong mindset.

Try this instead.

viking-woman-warrior.jpg

And then this.

856d1ae005c44466d7defbb7bc6f4754.jpg

Feminism has two major problems now.

The first, it doesn’t go for the jugular. It is always reactive and always defensive.

Try the Chicago Way.

But instead of sending people to morgues, you should be sending bad policies and ideas to the morgue.

Such as anti-abortion.

If you do not believe in abortion, then don’t have one. Your right ends where my body begins.

Feminists have to learn to send misogynistic concepts to the morgue.

One way is to start pushing to have men’s reproductive rights on the table — and as anti-abortion laws are illegal because they target sex, which is against the law, start making legal arguments that if women are confined, then men must be confined as well.

If anti-abortionists realize the grave they are burying feminists in will be their final resting place for their own freedom, power, and control, they will not know where to turn.

If they insist on being devil-worshippers, they made a deal with the devil and it is high-time they start paying up. They alllow incest, rape, and child molestation to go unpunished; ergo they have no moral compass and cannot be trusted.

That breaks down one fortress. That’s the eye of the storm — and it allows feminism to start fighting — and then learning the methods of their oppressors. Stop fighting to prevent losses and start fighting to win.

Take spoils and then learn.

But that’s just half a battle.

The second one is more important.

Feminists stick with Left-wing parties which is an incredibly stupid method.

Realistically, there is no fucking in way in Hell that you are going to have one party rule forever. Sooner or later, they fuck up and the other side will take over.

Are you going to have to lose sleep after every election? What’s wrong with you?

Rich white men never have to worry: they always give the same amount of money to both parties, and no matter what, the regime will jive with their intentions.

Feminists have to start going after Right-wing parties — and breaking into those parties and keep doing it until their rights and freedoms are always off the table.

When you storm and flood, dumb fucks like LaSata cannot function: she just memorizes a little rule and thinks she is a cunning strategist who has a fortress where she cannot be challenged. Wipe the floor with her — not just through a Democratic ticket — but also a Republican one.

And should the sexists form a new party — do the same thing.

Instead of moping and being useless in red cosplay, start becoming a living nightmare to oppressors.

Break their rigs. Do not validate their structures of thought.

Suffragists broke into politics by fighting for the right to vote.

You prevent regression if you fight to break into sexist parties and make them bend to your demands.

May every single party be civilized and not try to gain and elevate themselves by oppressing and stomping on others. Fuck that shit. Enough is enough.

If you do not believe in abortion, don’t have an abortion. The end. That’s your sanctioned insanity.

But you do not have the right to tell other adults what to do with their bodies. That’s plain evil.

So don’t morally masturbate and pretend you believe in a god if your ideas involve inflicting pain and torture like a Nazi because no one is buying your toxic garbage…

Federal government media fund will stop innovation in its tracks? Darling, Canadian journalism never had it.

That the Canadian federal media slush fund is a bad idea is an understatement. It’s immoral and allowing a government to interfere with the press is the manipulative.

But when you have an industry that is arrogant, ignorant, and mentally lazy, they are going to seek it. Actively. They want the paper crown and the delusion that they have power and control. It will be parasitic — to take a concept from Thomas Sowell — and so long as they can keep up the pretence, they misuse the conception of journalism to justify their con games.

So to read this editorial is a real knee-slapper. What do you mean the fund will stifle innovation? Canadian journalism shuns innovation because they are not there to inform — but perform. It is a sham. Journalism lives in a fantasy world where they fancy themselves as movie characters who are valiant knights — people in power will every once in a while leak things to them — but they never uncover things by themselves.

So the industry was never created to innovate — you need an alternative to it in order for any real change to happen…

Oppressing freedom of speech, Canada-style.

Never let the government dictate how to think.

I believe in freedom of expression, even for vile trolls. I want to know what people think so that I am prepared and that scum aren’t swept under the rug.

But the Canadian federal regime wants a “digital charter” — Pierre Trudeau codified human rights with his charter, while his son Justin takes them away with his.

This is the equivalent of forbidding danger signs near cliffs and landmines. Censorship is tantamount to propaganda by omission: if we erase all those inconvenient rage puking of sickos, then people think things are safe and good, and they are neither.

But we have a cowardly government that is too lazy and stupid to march right into the eye of the storm and confront reality.

This “charter” helps no one but those who want to hide messes and then proclaim there isn’t anything bad happening…

Anti-Choice Propaganda is a scam, and it is time to call it for what it is.

Want to sign a petition?

Screen Shot 2019-05-16 at 12.25.01 PM.png

It shouldn’t be voluntary, however, according to his own logic. He is not up to genetic snuff. The vasectomy should be mandatory.

Not his choice.

Because for him to spread his defective seeds is highly immoral.

We have fascist state regimes in the US trying to take away abortion rights, and they will ultimately fail.

Laws only work if people believe in them and legitimize authority.

Project Syndicate, as usual, is garbage. They are entrenching the legitimacy of fascist arguments by indulging their rigs.

And if feminists want to truly break barriers, they have to stop using old arguments and start exposing the true reasons why people are against abortion.

Getting knocked up to chain your man who will support you is a fine old tradition. Religion has nothing to do with it. I have heard far too many women tell me how they got their man that way so they can be Stay-At-Mall moms, aimlessly pushing a shopping cart up and down the aisles at Wal-Mart all day long.

And men who are anti-abortion are losers who cannot keep a woman any other way but knock her up enough times so she can’t get away.

This is how morally repulsive people function. The narrative spin they puke is a sham.

If there is an option of abortion — and it is seen as the moral alternative to exploiting babies as a means to an end — then their gambit can no longer work.

So let’s stop pretending and indulging grifters like Ooosterhoff.

Anti-abortion laws are a form of propaganda to instil fear in women, so they always go on the defensive.

This creates an artificial structure of thought that is always rigged against independent women, and that game has got to stop once and for all.

We have a primitivism in Western culture where we have immoral parents refuse to vaccinate their children because of some tiny risk of a reaction — but will gamble with their children’s lives, exposing them to illnesses that will sterilize them, cripple them, disfigure them, disable them, and even kill them.

But once we indulged one immoral set of irresponsible and immoral assholes in some idea of being “open-minded”, abortion was next on the table.

It is a foot-in-the-door technique that the Right use all the time. That’s why they oppose sex education — they know parents will be on side and then once they get into school boards, they want to teach creationism.

If independent women want to break the shackles of this tiresome game, this is the time to take an inventory of all the places where this sick game festers.

And number one on the list is battered women’s shelters. These are immoral. This is a concentration camp for victimized females and children.

Number one: do away with the idea of a woman having to be inconvenienced because of an uncivilized and defective male.

Number two: start targeting the rights of men — capital punishment for rape, incest and human trafficking. The end.

And if a woman should be party to any of it, she gets the equal punishment. The end.

Then we go after wife-beaters. Women automatically get the house and chattles. The wife beater gets sent to some forsaken place to scrub toilets for the rest of his life. Fuck him.

Then we go after men’s reproductive rights. They have no say in anything — from who they can fuck and who their sperm will impregnate.

Men have all sorts of militias when they don’t get things their own way. Women should try those army boots for size.

Women are always being accused of all sorts of things — if given the name, why not play the game?

Be unpredictable and be feral.

This all reminds me of a self-defence expert who made a very good observation: in many cases of date rape, the woman hit the man first.

He was behaving badly, and she whacked him, hoping that he would smarten up.

But then the woman stuck around, hoping the man would change his behaviour, but he merely got worse.

Don’t wait for feedback was the message. You strike and you get the hell out.

And that’s what independent women need to do: strike to shatter the rigged game board so that no one will ever forget that day for eternity — and then get the hell out of the old structures and start from scratch.

The new rules are simple: you either behave like a normal human being or we treat you like a beast who cannot be trusted. You impose your will on one gender, well then, that comes at a steep price.

What is good for the goose is good for the gander. If we do not allow abortion for rape or incest, then rapists must be exterminated so that they do not pollute the gene pool.

No stalking. No threats. No hitting. No killing. No acting like a worthless coward.

Women have not even started. There are no cities, countries, or political systems founded for women with women’s needs and wants in mind. None. Women are always reacting to patriarchal structures instead of rejecting those systems. and creating their own

The abortion campaign is on a state level — and as I said way back in 2016, the Left was asleep at the wheel in far too many places.

Hillary Clinton was feminism’s greatest misdirection: women were essentially duped into focussing all of their energies on her instead of keeping an eye on state races — the ones that actually had the real and significant impact on their daily lives.

Clinton’s campaign was a scam campaign. It was like the con game of Find the Lady — because women were so focussed on Clinton, they ignored state campaigns and their would-be oppressors took full advantage of it.

Feminists in the US have no one to blame for their state of affairs but themselves.

You build strength from the ground up: you begin with the municipal races, and then state or provincial, and then federal.

Doug Ford cut off the NDP and Liberals at the knees because he saw what far too many feminists still don’t see. He mowed down Toronto City Hall so that they couldn’t plant seeds on a local level.

Women do not have their own war manuals, and now that oversight has become a serious problem.

But with every problem, there are multiple solutions. There is no reason to be afraid, and every reason to be brave.

And right now, ceasing to indulge old con games would be a very good idea…

Globe and Mail's propaganda about the Ontario Premier's propaganda: It's all propaganda, all of the time.

The Globe and Mail is babbling propaganda against the Ontario Premier’s propaganda.

Ontario News Now would never have been a thing if journalism in Ontario had an ounce of competency.

When you look down on people and craft narratives to make your side seem superior, you will alienate those people who will look elsewhere.

And the Globe is not one to talk. People don’t refer to it as the Toronto Globe and Mail for no reason: it serves as Toronto-centric propaganda as the rest of the country are seen as lesser beings.

But the Ford Brothers had their own radio program on Newstalk 1010. They were given unfettered access to mainstream news outlets. When politicians are given those kind of platforms, don’t be surprised when they cut their teeth and then bypass the system the way millions of other people did with social media.

And people are not going to see any problem with it because this is the Age of Propaganda.

When you have news outlets blur lines, they shouldn’t get huffy when people they enabled take full advantage of it.

They sized up the sham of the press, and then build their own in the bargain…

Grifter-watching in an Age of Propaganda.

This article in the Smithsonian magazine is an oldie, but a goodie, but then again, I have always been a fan of magic.

But this applies to other areas of life.

Like what to look for when you don’t want to believe that you are being played.

In my life, I have been courted by grifters. I have always been a disappointment to them. I look like an easy mark. I don’t pretend that I can’t get played — everyone can get played.

The difference is I study the dynamics of the grifter-pigeon relationship while others don’t.

Grifters are interesting. As Donald Trump said, they are smooth. Cute and cuddly with charm. They remember your name. They have a very good memory for names, faces, and events. They are warm. Some are endearing and sympathetic.

And they often have tragedy or some other trauma and act wounded. There is always some sort of scam going on, usually a combination of a greed scam (show your love by believing in me — and invest in my dreams) and pity scam (save me from myself because I had a bad childhood) where, if you are foolish enough to get on the hamster wheel, will suck you into a vortex of saviour and social worker wasting your resources on the con artist instead of yourself.

It is a bad deal.

Grifters always see themselves as being the most cunning person around. They leverage their bad childhoods into collateral to be used to gain things. They think they are entitled and owed something — that’s the fuel that makes them seething, petty, spiteful, and vindictive.

They always look chipper and upbeat. They seem polite until you cross them, then they blame you and won’t let go of a grudge. There is always a scam, a mask, a script, and an angle.

They are very snazzy dressers. Nothing but the best for them. Clothes are props, but so are people. They are to be paraded out to reassure people that they are very nice people who care and can be trusted.

They are always apologetic. They always have an entourage clean up their messes. They bank favours and pull strings. They know all the gossip and can exploit people with ease.

They use people as pawns, and they can size you up. They can secretly maneuver people on their game boards. They can play chess or pool with ease, and there is usually some little smirk on their face as if they are in on some private little joke.

They will often seemingly bring other people into their confidence — and those are the dupes and pigeons they exploit by turning them into faithful lackeys. People feel honoured to know the “real” person — and they think they are in on the ride, not being taken for it.

Nothing ever gets done with them, however. They are big talkers and dreamers, but they never actually deliver — or plan to deliver. They just want to get things and coast.

When they are young, they get away with a lot — a baby face will get you a lot of goodwill. People are protective of grifters who know how to play the part. You cannot save them: that’s all part of the act. They will give you sad doe eyes pretending to submit when things go awry.

Right now, we are in an Age of Propaganda, and that means we seek grifters by default. This penchant for taking style over substance has damage the Left’s brand and severely so. Urbane sophisticate is not going to prove you superior to the Right. The other side has political mastery — and they brawl, not bawl.

The biggest mistake women in Canada made was allowing the privileged white boy to call himself a feminist without actual cred. You want a feminist, get the angry woman who launches her campaign at the battered women’s shelter and demands to know why we have concentration camps for abused women.

But that’s real. It’s reality, truth, and uncomfortable. It is not polished. It’s raw. It’s not snootily having some delusion that we are enlightened or progressive.

Once we allowed a non-feminist to ride on the coattails of feminism, once he was exposed as a poseur, he didn’t just damaged his own brand or just his party’s brand, but the feminist brand. If your psychographic is incapable of knowing who is real and who is fake, you lose face.

You don’t just desperately try to take anyone who’ll have you in order to exploit you. You cannot settle for anything or anyone.

There are too many brutes in suits exploiting people who never study their ways or ask hard questions. Dreams for the future cannot come true unless you face the nightmare of reality. The path of utopia never came following grifters or buying their hype, and the sooner that truth is grasp, the more likely a better world can be built.

But it all depends on whether people truly want freedom — or merely wish to pretend that they do…

Doing the math: Why Ontario students need to stop whining about the lack of art and wonder why they are so arithmophobic.

I am taking a short course from Oxford University at the moment called Learning to Look at the Visual. It is an extremely good course that goes over the basics of art — and reminds me how many mathematicians were also very capable artists. They used the Golden Ratio and their works endure to this day, centuries after they breathed their last.

But we have the CBC enabling the temper tantrums of students who are avoiding the STEM subjects and not getting enough math they need to be capable musicians, writers, and artists.

This has nothing to do with students wanting arts: this is their hack of avoiding the STEM subjects in order to beef up their marks.

You don’t have arts, take math. It is as simple as that. There are private and group lessons and no shortage of very good artists and musicians who can tutor you if you have a genuine talent. Many artists are autodidacts, meaning they are self-taught. Pinterest and YouTube have countless lessons free online, meaning many programs have become obsolete. There are Meet-Ups and free lessons at libraries and the like.

If you are determined to take those kinds of lessons, we have no shortage of venues for you.

That’s not the issue. The issue is that mathphobes and sciencephobes are now in meltdown mode because they can’t game a system to bloat their marks.

I am an artist, and one who uses both the math and the science in my work. I am an author, and I also use math and science there, too. When I taught metalworking at Niagara College, I insisted on teaching in a science lab because I used the same tools, equipment, chemicals, and processes as did professors teaching science. The science professors were having fits because of it, but it was their limited imagination that was the problem, not mine.

The problem is we have an artificially constructed line in the sand where STEM is separated from the Humanities, which is bullshit. We have an educational system that allows people to run and hide from subjects that will require them to work hard and not get an inflated mark to delude their egos.

The educational system is in need of an overhaul to do away with the rigs that enable dangerous delusions that one can bypass the hard work and still be considered educated and smart. Sometimes, you have the lowest mark in the class, and fuck your wallowing and self-esteem issues. Get over yourself. It isn’t about your raging ego. Hit the books and study, study, study.

Fail, fail, fail, until you achieve mastery. Fuck your smartphone and your tacky Instagram page.

The basis of logic is math. The basis of reality is science. We don’t teach it enough — math, music, and literature is merely applied math and science. They are not separate.

If it were up to me, math and logic would be the backbone of every single subject in school. There would be no “electives”. There would be math and logic.

I am an author and artist who uses math, logic, and science in my work; somehow, I always write and make art, and with my theremin, I do music, too.

So you don’t have the electives you want. Life is hard. Deal with it. Take the plunge with a really challenging subject that is completely out of your comfort zone. I did when I was in high school, and I skipped grades. That’s how I managed to find all of the things I never knew I was good at and loved that are still with me to this day…

An interesting article about Canadian law in Showbiz411

This article is definitely worth a read. Roger Friedman has this to say about it:

These proceedings suggest a level of dishonesty in the Canadian judicial system that resembles a third world country. This proceeding has been marked by judges bending the law to suit their own purposes, judges obstructing justice, prosecutorial misconduct, and corrupt police destroying evidence. It reads like a real world “The Firm” by John Grisham.

That hits the nail on the head.

Friedman also seems surprised that our braindead journalists have missed it:

Right now, I’m not identifying the case, which has gone on for some time under the noses of the Canadian press. It’s actually outrageous.

This kind of rigging goes on everyday in Canada, and everyday, journalists ignore the rot as no one else is willing to call it out and make changes. Worse, you have trolls extolling the fake virtues of a dysfunctional and rigged legal system. Canada the Myth is not Canada the Reality. You have people like me who try to build things of substance, but when everything is just window-dressing, no one wants the substance to draw attention to the window-dressing.

As I said, this article is worth taking the time to read and process. People like me will ponder it, but I doubt most other people will do anything else but dismiss it and go back to sticking their heads up their asses…

Memo to Vox: You lack basic knowledge to try to explain things to people.

Vox is pure garbage, and this article is just another piece of trash for the rubbish pile.

Screen Shot 2019-05-15 at 2.10.58 PM.png

Vox isn’t an actual news outlet: it babbles about the Big Bang Theory and Game of Thrones as if they were newsworthy and significant.

Vox doesn’t get reality, particularly the US trade war against China. It cannot explain something obvious because it has no clue and no means to do so.

There is nothing loopy about the US going after China. China has been busy buying up natural resources around the world. It is the World’s Factory. It buys other nations’ debt. It is aiming for an economic monopoly, and has been doing so unchecked for a very long time.

The US is preventing that dominance, and is working on weakening China, which isn’t as hard as it sounds. The US gets the rigs of capitalism. China gets a lot of things, but not enough to beat the US at this game. They may bluster, but they are in a far weaker position than they should be. The US can make serious damage to them economically and politically. Trump doesn’t think like a typical American, making him a very hard mark to read.

And he is willing to fight as far as it can go. Canada is going to get royally screwed. This is a country that banked on being a whisperer of sorts to the US, and a backdoor way of diplomacy with them, but then Trump accused Canada of being smooth, and cut off that path. Trump brought his North American neighbours to heel. For all of Canada’s tantrums and chest-thumping how they were going to “buy Canadian”, it was all talk because Canada doesn’t have very much native products to purchase.

Now that the small potatoes are out of the way, the big job is up ahead. In this game of Go, Trump struck first with a single arrest in Canada. China hit hard at Canada, giving Trump a blueprint into how to break them to specifications.

Project Syndicate is also puking knee-slapping Leftist propaganda, trying to pretend there is no economic growth in the US, but there is and it’s real. Unemployment is low. Everything has been methodical and precise. The US usually doesn’t have someone in the White House who gets the game, and Trump gets it. The Left are jealous and are stewing because vote-shaming doesn’t work. It’s the reason they are blind to what has been swirling over the last two years. The epic magic act is about to begin and they are off the rails thanks to their own hubris.

There is no mystery here, and certainly no madness. The game is beyond what Vox can comprehend, and it is not a place to look for actual news, anyway…
